Shadow AI Sentinel — effective 2026 · applies to paid Sentinel Pro subscriptions.
Paid plans are billed in advance — monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; the current billing period remains active until its end, and it will not renew.
If Sentinel Pro doesn't deliver, request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase and we'll refund the full amount — no questions asked. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Partial refunds may be granted for unused time on annual plans at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis (e.g., service errors or a coverage gap caused by us). No refunds are given for completed billing periods when the service was available.
Before filing a chargeback, please contact support@shadowaisentinel.app — we'll usually resolve it faster. Chargebacks for services that were delivered as described may result in account suspension.
